Genuine QCY. Sound was flat until u run the app and choose the presets. Then the magic of QCY 11 comes to life! Pretty compact housing. But rubber buds r lousy. I had one hell of the time changing them to other sizes. It just doesn't fit well with the ear pieces. Anyway, at this price point, the sound quality is worth it. Hope it last.
