I bought five for Christmas gifts, the boxes were all hurt and a lot of abuse in transport.
Regarding the sound is reasonable, not good but also not very bad. It is not a comfortable product for adult loggerheads, does not close the ear and escapes the sound, these headphones are ideal for children and not adults.
Of the five all have a different sound; some with more high and others with more low. 4 of them had FM radio but one came without FM radio, in the end, good luck!!!
