Wonderful save the heat very very

I bought this as a gift for my work colleague. The mug was delivered and the lid was broken. It arrived in bubble wrap and not in a box as I expected it to come in. When I contacted the seller to tell them the lid was broken, they were not very helpful and did not offer a replacement. Instead they offered me 10% off my next order. Ehhh I will not be ordering from them AGAIN!!! Thankfully I got a refund. Was really disappointed with the response. However the mug was really nice and was good quality it's just a shame the seller wasn't more helpful.
